These times may make people fearful to walk out in their neighborhoods to school, work or just the corner store. However, there is a way to conduct ourselves to make sure that our young people, adults and others make it home safely each night. Solid Rock Formation Fitness Mission The Solid Rock Formation Fitness mission is to provide a safe haven to youths 14 – 24 (all ages welcome) for anger management, anti-bullying techniques and safe police interaction to ensure neighborhood safety. The Solid Rock Formation Fitness program has developed effective techniques that promote awareness and peace within themselves and in their communities.
