Right now, here in American and worldwide, we as a people are facing so much violence and political unrest.  These times may make people fearful to walk out in their neighborhoods to school, work or just the corner store.  However, there is a way to conduct ourselves to make sure that our young people, adults and others make it home safely each night.

Solid Rock Formation Fitness Mission
The Solid Rock Formation Fitness mission is to provide a safe haven to youths 14 – 24 (all ages welcome) for anger management, anti-bullying techniques and safe police interaction to ensure neighborhood safety.

The Solid Rock Formation Fitness program has developed effective techniques that promote awareness and peace within themselves and in their communities.

 Benefits:
Peer to Peer - Conflict Resolution
Hand, Eye & Foot Coordination
Counseling Individual and/or Forum After Work-outs

At this point in time, all expenses have been out of pocket and the desire to bring this program to the public.  Now, SRFF needs contributions in financial or in-kind donations or resources to continue.  

SRFF is seeking to raise $50,000 by Sept. 30, 2016.  The funds will be used for Rental Space & Utilities, Business & Legal Fees and Operational Expenses for 1 year.
